What I collect
When you buy a course: your name, email, and order details. Payhip runs the checkout, and Stripe or PayPal process the payment. I never see or store your card number.
When you take a post-test: your name, email, license type and number, state, your answers and score, your evaluation, your attestation, and the date.
When you email me: your message and anything you attach.
When you visit the site: Google Analytics collects basic usage data with cookies, such as pages viewed, device, and rough location. It does not collect your name or license number.
How I use it
I use your information to deliver the course, score the test, send your certificate, and keep the CE records that approval bodies require. I also use it to answer your questions and handle refunds, accommodations, and complaints. I read evaluations to improve the courses. I don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Who sees it
Only me, plus the services that run parts of the course: Payhip (store and downloads), Stripe or PayPal (payments), Tally (post-test and evaluation), and Google (email and the backup records sheet). If an approval body or licensing board audits me or asks in writing to verify your completion, I share only what they need. I also share information when the law requires it.
Evaluations go to approval bodies as summaries without names, unless they ask for the individual forms.
Security
The site and checkout use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Every account that holds records has a strong password and two-factor sign-in. I collect only what I need.
How long I keep it
Seven years after you finish a course. After that it's deleted.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what I have about you, or ask me to correct it. Email support@therapistcehours.com and I'll reply within 14 days. You can also ask me to delete your information. I'll delete anything I'm not required to keep, but completion records stay for the 7 years so I can verify your CE. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the course still works.
